I’ll be doing a few months work with the Galway based animation studio A Man & Ink starting early next month. Can’t wait! If you live in Ireland you might have seen their short series “The Variety Show“, on TTV just before Home and Away. I’ll be using the little known and poorly titled Anime Studio Pro, which is actually a great program! It’s not a million miles off Adobe Flash but much more suited to professional animation workflow and has a great bones system that’s similar to 3D Studio Max combined with an After Effects style timeline. Jeremy from A Man & Ink does some great tutorials on the program and I picked it up after about an hour!
